Remove something from your workspace
Sign in to dripLine. Cancel a scheduled post before deleting its saved record. Remove unused uploads in Media. Use Disconnect in Connections to remove a stored social connection. A delivery already submitted to a platform may finish there.
Request account or platform-data deletion
- Send an email from your dripLine account address to hello@dripline.tech with the subject dripLine data deletion request.
- Tell us whether you want your entire account and workspace removed, or only data associated with a named platform. Include the connected account name if needed. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents.
- We will verify ownership before removing data, explain any information that must be retained, and confirm the outcome by email. Requests are processed manually.
Revoke a platform's permission
You can also remove dripLine from the connected-app settings on the social platform. For Google and YouTube, use Google account connections. Revoking access and deleting saved workspace data are separate actions.
Posts already published
Deleting your dripLine records does not remove posts, Pins or videos already published on another service. Manage or delete those on the original platform. Our privacy policy explains the information used by dripLine.
